Aimee - For two girls choosing another girl for the 10 Best Bodies List is that we "desperately" want her body... and yes, we "desperately" would LOVE to have Eva's body. Eva not only has the body for the beach but she has the personality to have a LOT of summer fun! Becca - She's so naturally gorgeous. I she looks like she hardly has to work to get that gorgeous beach bod. |

A - Long, lean, his hair looks good wet... let's just put it this way: if you were lying on your blanket on the beach, tanning or napping and Josh accidentally kicked sand all over your towel, you probably wouldn't be too upset about it. B - Okay, I'm sorry but what Hot List would be complete without Josh?! I think if he kicked sand on me (as Aimee talked about), I would force him to make me feel better somehow. :) |

A - ok, Matt McConaughey, admittedly a little cliche for a hot bodies list, but I can give you 8 reasons for choosing Matt, thus the reason he lands at number 8... here's a hint: all 8 reasons can be found on his stomach. B - Damn he looks good wet... |

A - Halle Berry would just be too obvious of a choice, and truth be told, Gabby's got a hot body, but for me, it's all in the face. She's a goddess, period. B - Flawless and gorgeous. What more do you want in a Beach Bod?? |

A - Alba has worked her way to that body, and you've gotta respect that. A lesson to us lazy people, if you're gonna step on a beach, it helps if you've prepared... B - Another natural beauty. No plastic crap or airbrushing here. That makes Jessica a Beach Body. |

A - Pictures do not do him justice, and I speak from personal experience. I recently saw Nelly in concert and I could literally count his muscles from where I was sitting. Every inch of his upper body is ridiculously cut and defined. And when it comes to summer and hot weather, there's no one I'd rather see remove his shirt on the beach than Nell. B - I'll summarize everything Aimee just said by saying simply, he's got what it takes to make the list! |

A - What "best bodies" list would be complete without a Victoria's Secret model? Alessandra is absolutely flawless. B - She may be a model but she's still got the curves that make her qualify to be on this list in my mind. |

A - This hot sexy man has been getting better with age. As he's gotten older, he's gotten buffer and sexier. Will is the epitome of tall, dark and handsome. You're definitely going to "accidentally" overthrow your frisbee to get closer to him on the beach. B - awww I will always love Will Smith. Now that he's trying to break back into the music thing, that means he'll keep workin' to stay sexy. Yay! |

A - I can't even begin to describe the sexiness that IS Taye Diggs. He knows how to work what he's got and you're going to definitely appreciate that fact as you "people watch" from your beach chair. B - Like Nelly, Taye's got the defined muscles and overall hot body that make me wish he was lying on a towl next to me. |

A - Carmen is our #1 because not only does she have the hottest body but she's also generous enough to spread the wealth. Carmen's "Fit To Strip" exercise dvd series is going to help all the rest of us get our best beach bodies. Thanks, Carmen!!!!!!!!! B - Aw just look at her. GORGEOUS. Seriously, as a straight female, even I would stare at her if she walked past me at the beach. She's flawless, not to mention fun and a nice girl all around. |

A - We really wanted Nick Lachey to be #2, but shockingly enough, we couldn't find a shirtless picture of him. But we just couldn't bring ourselves to boot him completely. Come on, we all know what's under that jacket and button down shirt. We've seen it and we know he's definitely got it. We just hope Jessica appreciates it enough for all the rest of us who will never get the chance. B - Nick, Nick, Nick. You've got the body. You need to flaunt it. Now I know I've seen this hottie with his shirt off before, but it shouldnt be that difficult to find him shirtless on the internet. |
